Is therapy for me?
Therapy
You may be a good fit for therapy if you:
• feel anxious even when things seem “fine” externally
• struggle to slow down or relax
• are emotionally exhausted or burned out
• overthink, overperform, or put pressure on yourself
• feel disconnected from yourself or others
• are navigating career stress, identity shifts, or life transitions
• want deeper self-understanding and healthier balance
• are successful professionally but struggling internally
What to expect from us:
Our work is especially well-suited for professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, and high achievers navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, relationship stress, or major life transitions.
We bring both clinical expertise and a grounded understanding of the real-world pressures many ambitious people face — including chronic stress, emotional fatigue, identity shifts, leadership demands, perfectionism, and difficulty slowing down.
The goal of therapy is not simply symptom reduction, but helping you feel more connected, balanced, intentional, and emotionally well.
